Privacy policy

Salt Road Food Hub (“Salt Road,” “we”) runs this website. This page explains what information we collect through it, what we do with it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to respond to you, and we don’t sell it.

What you send us

When you use our contact form or co-packing inquiry form, we receive the information you enter — typically your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company — along with what you tell us about your product, plans, and budget. We use it only to review your inquiry, reply to you, and keep a record of our conversation.

Please don’t send full recipes, formulations, or other trade secrets through the website. If we work together, we sign a mutual NDA before reviewing that kind of detail.

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our email.

Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is stored by our email provider, Brevo, and used only to send you Salt Road updates. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other websites.

Maps

Some pages show an embedded Google Map (our location, and the farmers market pages). When a map loads, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
• We don’t take payment through this website.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us, email info@saltroadfoodhub.com. This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
