Our facility is built for gluten-free and vegetarian production. We don't allow meat, poultry, fish, or shellfish in the kitchen to keep it safe for sensitive products. If you're unsure whether your product fits, ask us.
Multiple producers may share the kitchen at any given time, but we schedule equipment to avoid conflicts. You'll have access to what you need without significant waiting time.
Your ingredients, packaging, and cleaning supplies — chemicals, sponges, towels, sanitizer, trash bags. You'll also need general liability insurance and any required NJ business licenses or permits for your product type.
Yes. General liability with limits of $1,000,000 per person and per occurrence, plus $300,000 property damage. Workers' compensation is required for any employees. We can point you to brokers that specialize in food businesses.
Yes, subject to availability. Dry storage from $50/month, refrigerated pallet storage at $150/pallet/month, freezer space at $300/month. Equipment storage from $50/month.
We require 48 hours' notice for schedule changes. Monthly clients' unused days do not roll over.
