From a double rack oven to a vibratory filler — what's available on site.
Specialty
Our facility has a large plant and vegetable dryer you can use to dry ingredients for your products. We use it to manufacture kale chips and vegetable crackers of various types, made from dried kale and other produce.
The dehydrator runs at low temperatures for extended times — plants stay below 120 °F, preserving enzymes and nutrients. We can source and dehydrate in-season local produce for you, making it easy to incorporate fresh local ingredients into shelf-stable products.
